Large and spacious modern kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and fridge – there is a small freezer in the utility/cloakroom off the kitchen. Well equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. A seated dining area is also situated here. Some original features, and prints of the Lancaster Bomber, spitfire and hurricane planes.
LOUNGE
Spacious area with leather suite, digital TV and DVD, with patio doors leading to the large enclosed garden. Features original beam and open staircase. There's also a Motion Intelligence sofa bed with good mattress available for the comfort of guests who find stairs difficult.
SHOWER ROOM / TOILET
Comfortable, spacious modern shower room with large shower, toilet and hand basin.
LAUNDRY / UTILITY
With automatic washing machine, linen cupboard and oil boiler.
FIRST FLOOR
BEDROOM ONE
Large gallery-style double bedroom with beautiful pine chest of drawers, tallboy wardrobe, and bedside tables. Features beams and sloped ceilings. Spacious and light.

Twin room leading off main double bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers, beams and the same sloped ceilings.

This holiday cottage boasts a patio with secluded hot tub and a large grassed area with a sunny aspect. Plenty of quiet wide open farming countryside to exercise your dogs or children.

Pets welcome. Dog friendly, only two dogs at any one time.
