The Saddle House is a newly converted and modernised farm building, which provides a welcome home for self-catering breaks. Well maintained and comfortable, the cottage retains its original character while providing all the facilities required for a relaxing holiday.
It is situated approximately 6 miles north of Boston and 5 miles south of Coningsby in the southern half of rural Lincolnshire, at the entrance to Manor Farm is a working arable farm.
The Saddle House has two bedrooms which will comfortably accommodate four guests. An unusually large, and south facing enclosed garden, hot tub and patio area is a special feature of this property ideal for children, pets and non smokers to enjoy.
Dogs are welcome at The Saddle House (maximum of two dogs at any one time). There are many 'dog friendly' pubs in the area and many places to stroll and take in the views.
A charging point for EVs is available - please ask for details and costs.
The property is centrally heated. It also has digital TV & DVD player, free Wifi and a secluded patio area with hot tub. All bed linen and towels are included, plus a small welcome pack for your convenience. There is private parking to the front of the property.
If you prefer to eat out, there are many nearby pubs & restaurants offering good food. Our local famous attractions include The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight at Coningsby, & Boston, a historic market town with links to the Pilgrim Fathers & St Botolph’s Church, known as Boston Stump.
