Fantastic place, loads of space, homely and comfortable. Really well equipped from kitchen utensils, to indoor and outdoor games. The garden is amazing and fully enclosed which felt safe and secure.

Spent a wonderful Christmas and New Year at The Saddle House. It was spacious, peaceful and the kids absolutely loved the hot tub!! Gillian was a fabulous host and sent lots of information on local amenities prior to our arrival. Would definitely recommend staying here 😀

We had a fantastic stay here, the cottage was very well equipped and clean, everything had been thought about even a little starter package to start us off. The beds were best we have ever stayed in when away from home. I highly recommend it and would rate it 5 stars.

Absolutely lovely cottage for a small family! It’s such a big open and welcoming downstairs space and the garden is as our little boy said “mansion sized”. Upstairs there is a small bedroom with twin beds which is accessed through a door into the main king size bedroom which is then open to the staircase. The bathroom/shower room is downstairs. And then there is amazing security around the hot tub to ensure safety of little ones both from the house and from the garden are lockable gates/doors. The garden itself is fully enclosed and very safe to allow little ones to play outside / come in and out from the living room plus great visibility from the kitchen. Great base for exploring, will likely book again.

Tom, Dylan, and I loved our time at The Saddle House. It is the place to go if you after some peace and quiet and want to take your 4 legged friends as the garden is humungous and secure. We had a wonderful relaxing week and the hot tub was an added bonus. Would love to come back and explore some more.

This was our fourth stay at The Saddle House, we love it so much. Peaceful and quiet, an ideal place to relax. The extra little touches make it a real home from home. The massive garden is so ‘dog-proof’ that even our Jack Russell ‘Houdinis’ couldn’t escape. The Covid precautions that had been put in place didn’t spoil our enjoyment at all. Perfect hosts who are available if required, but very discreet and leave you to enjoy your holiday. Looking forward to staying again.
